I tried to place my order online ... I don't know if I will have an opportunity further on in this survey to detail my experience, so here it is: I created an account, had a confirmed login id & password, I also applied for a military discount. I then went back to the site and created my order and tried to place it, I was asked to login. My login credentials appeared on the login page but when ever I tried to login it reverted back to the login page. I tried to make the purchase as a guests, same routine. I opened up “chat” and was informed that my order was still in the bag under my credentials, I was advised to clear my cache and try again. This was on a Chrome browser. Instead, I chose to try my purchase over MS Edge. I was able to login in fine and found my order in the bag, entered my military discount and chose to pay through PayPal. Once I authorized the payment, PayPal attempted to send me back to the Boscov website, (I did receive an confirmation from PayPal of the authorization but no order placed confirmation from Boscov) … the site was visible in background and the “loading” circle spun for over 5 minutes before I tried to refresh the browser, which brought me back to the same spinning wheel. I reopened my chat with Crystal S., who was very helpful throughout all of this, and we decided to close the window and attempt the purchase through a direct credit card payment. This time it went through … but it took me almost an hour to successfully make my purchase.
