I bought one of your rosebud throws through Amazon after seeing in in the furniture showroom where I bought new furniture. It was very expensive there, but I was happy to find it on Amazon for nearly $100 less. When it arrived I was happy to find it was indeed the same as the one I had admired, so I decided to buy a second one. At that time I realized I should see if there was any savings ordering it direct from BFD vs Amazon and though the price was the same I could save quite a bit on shipping so I ordered 2 items, a rug and a throw direct from BFD. When I looked at the order status there was one tracking number, so I assumed the items were shipping together. A few days later FedEx arrived and handed me my rug. It was rolled and plastic wrapped, so it was obvious my throw was not part of that package. I figured it would show up later but that day I received a message from FedEx saying my package was delivered and they included a "delivery photo", that showed something completely different from what the FedEx guy handed me. So then I thought, with a single tracking number maybe somehow my order was separated and my throw (the expensive part of the order) was lost. So I contacted BFD through eMail. Within a day they confirmed the other item in my order had not yet shipped, and it would arrive in a couple weeks. Phew! It arrived just a few days later. I love it, it's unbelievably soft, heavy and warm. Such a weird set of circumstances though with mystery photos coming from FedEx. It was very nice dealing with BFD directly. We live in rural Montana so I think I may buy future decorator items.
