You need to add an eye to you login screen on the password field so users logging can check the password they typed, then re-encrypt it. My account shows the wrong phone number when trying to send me a verification code (7458) when it is confirmed correct in my Benefit account by your staff - so I could NOT get this code any other way NOR correct the phone number on my account myself which is not wrong (7455). This simple order was an ordeal because of this malfunction. Your customer service agent was excellent - who I was transferred to during my 4th call to simply place an order: ORDER #SFUS000155535. I think here name is Cherry but she said she sent an email to me to gather info on why my account does not show the 3 prior orders I placed on line. She was great and patient and knowledgeable -- please let her know she made a simple, horrible, time-consuming experience tolerable when I was just trying to place a simple order and its now 50+ minutes later and my account has the correct mobile # but that does not appear correctly on the verification screen - and *I* can't correct it because it *IS* correct in my account already.
