Bought the formula dispenser for my first grandchild, works great bought the bottle warmer and it still has not come with tracking info that is not accurate. Other than that i love this companys product. My sister also has many of their products and loves them. The slow shipping is my only negative

I purchased a new baby formula maker; only after receipt did we discover that the machine could not be used in Europe. The machine is intended for a gift for our European cousins having their first new baby. Because we opened the box Baby Breeze requires us to cut the cord on the machine, essentially destroying the machine, to get a refund. This seems terribly wasteful and leaves us feeling very conflicted about destroying a brand new unused expensive machine,

I submitted a customer service request for this item because the switch on the replacement lid broke again and the email I got was as warm and friendly as a loud wet fart during a eulogy. I sincerely hope this is the last time I have to replace this item and interact with your company.

The Baby Breeza mini, formula storage container lid should be more steady and more improved material. It's pretty flimsy and breaks easily. I read so many other reviews regarding same spare part. That's the only weak and frusterated point. Otherwise its awesome product and I like it.

Call them and explain what happened. The bottle doesn’t warm up enough and they haven’t even sent me the receipt to send it back. I’ve been waiting and waiting and no response back just gave me an email that is some correct.

Loved it. The only trouble i had was getting the cart to refresh when I wanted to check the price of bundling vs purchased individually. I didn't need the 2 boxes of cleaning tabs so I deleted the bundle. Thank you for the first responder discount!

My main issue with the website is it does not give the option to utilize a visa gift card. It is very common for people to get these types of gift cards from people as gifts when they are having babies and these are large purchases. This seems like a notable barrier that is worth addressing.

Overall website is great!! I just had little troubling navigating back to list of items. And for me being a little older;) the checkout button (that line of 3 buttons) are too close to each other and little small. It would be nice if checkout buttons was bigger or a color like green. Overall so happy and can’t wait to get this in the mail!!!!!

I love it because it will save time washing baby bottles and you sure it’s clean. However, I hope it’ll fit more bottles not just 4 or it has a lot more space to put the rest of the baby bottles stuff. Other than it’s still very useful for me.

This was a gift for my granddaughter who just had a baby. I have been in contact with her and she absolutely loves it. She will be going back to work next month and this will be a very big relief for her knowing that no matter who is caring for her baby the formula will be the same each time

Could not select the color that i wanted. Furthermore, it did not even mention if that color was "Out OF Stock". Also, I wanted to make partial payments with a gift card and then payment card, there was no option to make partial payments.
