Despite having all correct settings, the machine doesn't dispense the formula well. I see a few chunks of power in the bottle each time. The chunks doesn't even dissolve because the formula is already saturated. Ultimately thr chunks block the bottle hole. So so disappointing

info was easy to find, the promo was a little misleading because the site said 15-30% but the product I ordered was a set $40 off, which was less than 15%. Still cheaper than other merchants though.

Color wasn't available in the product ordered but wasn't informed until almost a week after purchase. I responded back to the email that informed me that I could change the color. It was never switched to that color. I had emailed to check on my order. I called and the customer service agent was difficult to understand. I know a lot of companies are outsourcing to India - it makes handling situations difficult with the language barrier. It added another layer of frustration.

Althought it stated there was overnight AND 2 day shipping, I was never given rhe option to select either. I would have gladly paid extra to guarantee my Baby Shower items arrived in time. Perhaps the website needs updating. Only disappointment. Other than the "coupon code" only saved me $2 total. NOT very impressed.
