Immediately upon placing the order, I noticed that the Mother's Day code for getting free items with a $150 purchase had not connected with my order. I immediately contacted my Avon representative and forwarded the email and texted her. I did not hear back from Her in 24hrs. So I contacted Avon and sent the email and I got an email back saying too bad you're not getting anything. I've been a customer since the 70s, and I'm no longer a customer, and it was just about free gifts and my order hadn't even shipped yet. It would have been really easy for them to put promotional items that they want to have A Love and then start ordering them.Because that's what those promotional gifts are to get us in love with a new product.So in conclusion, they didn't do that happy.Mother's Day to me, it would have been really easy to spend a couple bucks on postage and give me those free gifts.But instead they've lost a customer that has been a customer since the mid seventies
