When purchasing eyeshadows and lipsticks, it's hard to see the shades when you click on the shades you like it does not change in the box that shows the big square of the smudge color. they show a model wearing eyeshadows but it doesn't change to the color you pick that would make it better. The swatches on the girls arms are not easy to tell the colors because a lot of them look like the exact same color. The pictures of the actual lip balms that were put together to show you in a group what they look like. the color should be labeled on the actual picture of the lip balm so you know which one that you want to pick. It is so hard to just pick from the color circles in the grid to see the color because it does not change except for the picture of the actual item,which is so small to see,same is true of the eyeliner.. it shouldn't have taken us four hours to try to make a decision about the colors because we were second guessing it. In the actual wording of the description it should describe the color such as Peach tones with metallic finish, Orange tones pinkish red, real red Etc. The whole website design needs to be reevaluated for easy use. My friend and I liked it much better when we could look at a book and it was easy to look at and talk to your Avon lady and get samples to try things out before spending the money on something. Nothing against our Avon ambassador she was ready to help us when we texted her every question. But that doesn't help with seeing the actual color that you're picking out. On a positive note the prices are good. Large variety of colors. Large variety of products. We purchased Avon in the past and we were happy with the quality for the price. The online experience was not easy.
