I am completing this survey about the order from June. My order from July came faster. My June order took a month to arrive. After a few weeks, I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes. They told me to wait until the following Monday and I should have it, and to call back if I didn't receive it. So I tried to call back, but it indicated that there was over an hour wait. I then contacted my rep, but she wasn't aware of why it would take that long for an on-line order. I then emailed, and eventually received an answer saying that the order was shipped, but had been delayed. I wrote back and told them that UPS and AVON tracking site indicated it had never been given to UPS and that only a label was created, but it had not been shipped. I eventually got the package the next week. Just a few days after UPS showed they received it. I understand there was a change in systems at the AVON warehouse, but a month is unacceptable. But if it was going to take that long, AVON should have been notifying me of that situation rather than me spending all of my efforts trying to find out if I should cancel the order, place it again, shop somewhere else or what.
