Having not been terribly successful in previous purchases I was hesitant to order make up products based on trying to select items based on the colors represented in the brochure. I held them next to my skin in different light sources + outside. Alas,
it was a "miss". I should have known better given past experiences (with Avon and other make-up products from other companies. As they say with shoes, "ya gotta try it on before you buy if you expect a good fit." I think of the paint chip approach. I get to pick out the colors I think will work take them home and try them where they'll be used and then decide. Perhaps you need to consider a "bubble palate" sample product with all the colors included (or a range, e.g., lights, darks, etc. offered at the lowest price possible so people can "pre-try" before they plunk down their money. In the meantime I have 4 products I bought that will either sit or I offer them to girlfriends, free for the taking. Thanks, but I'm not a future Avon customer. I forgot to pay attention to what happened in the past.
