I received the products timely, however, one product was received damaged and I am trying to get a replacement as per the conversation I had with Avon customer service rep. She said I had to give detailed pictures of damage, which I did send 8 times now to the email address CS.Photo@avon.usa.com, and each time, with and without attachments, it came back as undeliverable. Every time I call customer service, they give me the same email address, but tell me to capitalize certain letters, which I do every time, but it still has not delivered via email address given and sent. I need resolution to this problem. I believe they are giving me an incorrect email address, or their email is over the limit and will not accept new emails. This is causing me not to want to order from the Avon store any longer. Please resolve by sending a replacement product for item# 793-969 Merry Mistletoe Bubble Bath because the one I received had a faulty cap causing product to leak out into the box all over other products and loss of product.
