On Nov 24 I placed an order but somehow made a mistake. I intended to order just the Skin So Soft original body lotion, but somehow chose the Timeless Radiance Skincare Set by mistake.
I cannot use night serums due to topical skin medication I already use, and the hand cream is not my favorite.
When I emailed to ask about returning just the 2 products I did not want and will not use, I was told that was not possible. That I have to return all of the products, including the lotion I do want, pay for return shipping, then reorder the lotion and pay for shipping again.
I am reluctantly doing this because of the large difference in cost, and will have to have the new lotion bottles delivered to another city because I leave town December 10, and the new lotions will not reach my home before I leave.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of flexibility in this return process. It is illogical and makes more work for me and for Avon.
I do not order from Avon often, and will not be ordering again any time soon. Nor will I recommend the products as I have done for years.
