Trying to complete my purchase was a little challenging. The order would not go through and I received a message to try again later. Then each time I tried to try to complete my order and annoying chat box kept interrupting me. I was FINALLY able to complete the order after several tries, but my brown sugar glimmerstick color was not available. My order came without the paper catalog I requested. The online catalog is difficult to manage. It makes me go back to the beginning to find my products. I prefer paper catalogs for that reason. The online does not let you see the entire catalog. I love my representative, Karen Olson!!! I order specific products, original Haiku, and brown sugar glimmersticks diamonds. I would buy more things if the online catalog and ordering were easier. The Old School ordering was much more personable. Stop having the chat interrupt my purchasing and scrolling! You are losing sales because it keeps popping up!!! There must be a way to get it out of there! It does not help. The orders do come quickly once placed but it never can be placed in one attempt. Thank you AVON.
