Most of the Avon site was very user friendly. I was able to navigate easily. I found the products I was interested in purchasing. However, I was very disappointed with my check out experience. I prefer to review my cart or bag with all items showing on the screen together before I purchase. On this site I had to scroll up and down in order to view my items. Another problem I had at checkout was trying to submit my credit card info in order to make my purchase. I had difficulty submitting my credit card info. because each time I submitted the info the site repeatedly stated the info was incorrect. Of course I reviewed the info and it was correct each time. I tried a second card only to have the same problem. Finally, after a few more attempts to check out the site finally accepted my card info and allowed me to proceed to submit order only to decline my card. Again the site stated my card info was incorrect and to try again. I knew there was nothing wrong with my card or the info so I logged out not wanting to return. However, since I like these products I decided to attempt the purchase one more time the following day. This time I was able to complete my purchase successfully with no problems. I am assuming the site was having problems since I was able to finally complete my purchase. Unfortunately, the site did not warn me of any problems it was experiencing and I almost did not return. This check out experience was both disappointing and frustrating.
