First, I'd like to note that I missed marked the last page regarding customer service. I did have to contact Avon because I thought the delivery by UPS was lost or missing. I spoke to Stephanie. The wait time on my call was about 10 minutes. Stephanie was so courteous and professional. My order was just a small one, but she took time and care with my issue and clearly explained your policy. In the end, the package was found on my property, and I didn't need to file a claim. Regarding the products: I'd purchased a bath gel and eyeshadows from your make up promotion and from clearance. I love the smoothness of application, and their subtle colors are just right for me. One of the clearance Cathy Cat colors is a bit different than it looks online, a little bright for me, but worth trying something new. This was my third purchase of the Veilment bath gel. I like them very much and have given them as gifts. On the whole I'm happy with my experience with this sale and Avon products.
