I would give Avon top marks on everything except for two main issues. I have purchased Avon products my entire life. (I am nearly 50 years old.) At one point in my twenties, I was an Avon representative. The prices for Avon's products have always been reasonable, and I've always looked forward to perusing the catalogs. This past sale of Avon corporation has changed everything. The brochures are boring because nothing ever changes. There are rarely new products, rarely discounted products, and the prices are all around too high. In addition, many of the sale items are final sale. I will never buy a clothing item, for example, that is a final sale. I am a fragrance addict. I own over 400 fragrances. I have most of Avon's lineup and would love to buy the remaining ones that I don't own, but I won't do so until there is a better deal. In addition, I recently bought one blindly without smelling it first, to my dismay. I wish Avon either sent out samples or made it possible and easy to return perfumes that are disliked once received. I absolutely love and can't be without the Sultry Orchid fragrance, so today I purchased two bottles since there was free shipping and a small sale on the perfume. I really wish you could take a look and change some things about Avon to bring it back closer to how it used to be. I will probably stop ordering completely if I am able to get the few fragrances I desire elsewhere. I'd rather continue to be an Avon customer, but I just can't justify paying so much for everything, and I really miss the fun of trying new products and enjoying special sales, etc. Please make some changes and I will keep coming back! Thank you.
