I was tracking my order and it was supposed to arrive the following day. I had an appointment and during the time I was gone, I got a UPS notification that customer refused the order and said to return to sender. I immediately called UPS and all they could say was that it had been refused and was going back to Avon. I was on the phone to Avon and UPS multiple times that day trying to stop it from being returned. The Avon rep said it would not be re-sent to me if they got it back even if I requested them to do so, that a refund would automatically be issued. I finally got in touch with a local UPS employee who was able to track down the driver who had my package. He said that my local post office was supposed to complete the actual delivery to my house but when he tried to leave my package with them they refused it because it had only my post office address on it and no address for me! I gave the UPS employee my address and asked if it could be delivered to me the next day if it was still on the truck. She said yes and took down my address. About an hour later, I got a tracking notification that it was on its way back to Avon in Ohio! Nothing I could do at that point but wait for my refund, but that wasn't issued immediately either. The next week I called Avon to find out when my refund was coming and she said it would take 8 weeks! She conferred with her supervisor when I said that was unacceptable and told me they were working on the issue and call back in 2 hours. I waited 3 hours, called back, and the representative could find no record made of my earlier call and again gave me an 8 week time frame. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she was able to issue the refund on the spot. I have no plans to order Avon through your website again. Huge hassle to end up with no product and having to make so many phone calls for nothing.
