Site Experience FeedbackFeb 27, 2026
The website was a bit frustrating to interact with. It took me several days to place this order because of glitches and little annoyances. It kept randomly reloading the page and starting me at the top when I was hundreds of items deep. The first few days, it kept deleting my cart so that I would have to start over completely. I tried creating an account in hopes that it would then save my cart, but even then, it kept disappearing. Yesterday, it was finally saving my cart, but it was still very difficult to look through all of the items. I got an email this morning that said the sale was ending, so I figured I'd better just power through since I chose the rings for a gift bag for an event that I'm helping put together and I didn't want to miss them. The frustrating issues that remained today were the constant reloading of the main sale page. I would try to scroll quickly to get back to where I was (again, hundreds of items deep), but if I went too fast, it would reload again, so I'd have to pace myself and scroll slowly to get back to where I was. The other similar issue, is that if I do click on an item to see it closer or see sizing/ color options/ add to my cart, it would reload the browsing page *again* when I went back after doing so. It's a lot of time wasted trying to get back to where I was or even looking at items that I already saw and trying to figure out if I already added them to my cart or not. My suggestions would be to add a button like some sites do to add items to cart from the browsing page, like an icon on the photo or below it, and of course fix the issue with the page constantly reloading. I would also love to see more photos of the items like earrings that come in silver and gold tone, since many of them only show the silver option! Other than that, the items themselves, the prices, etc, were all great. I kind of wish the free shipping threshold was $50, but that's not really an issue. I also wish there was a better way to filter by category for the sale pages, but maybe there is and the page reloading was just resetting them, since I did try to set them at first and just gave up on it! It's now not allowing me to select the answers for the next questions but I don't think that's the actual Avon site anymore, but my comment is mostly about technical issues and site performance and I suppose it's mostly negative feedback. I'm also a little annoyed that the offer to take the survey was for "up to $100 in credit" (implied to be for the site I was shopping on) and it's just discounted magazine credits which nobody wants lol. Not exactly honest and isn't a nice way to treat your customers, Avon, but oh well, here we are. Maybe just ask if people will take a survey, I would have done it anyway, I don't need deceitful promises! Now your survey won't even submit imagine having bugs on a survey that make it nonfunctional(,:
