I am somewhat disappointed in AVON. I got my order and pretty much everything was in good shape. The original formula of the Skin So Soft bath gel leaked as the pump was installed on the bottle and the bottle was unsealed. I was able to rinse off the bath gel from the rest of my items and nothing was damaged. What I am most disappointed about is the decision to discontinue many of the product lines I was wanting. I wanted to get more Organist Apple Cider Vinegar conditioner and that was discontinued. The skin care products that I wanted to reorder are discontinued. I understand that the market is full of instability with the Trump administration and tariffs and such. I am trying to be patient as I am a fan of this company. You still offer good jewelry and fragrance. I am hoping that you can bring back some of the old product lines in a formula that is nontoxic. I know that is quite a bit to ask, but I miss the fragrances of yesteryear like Moonwind, Hawaiian White Ginger, Mesmerize for women and the different botanical fragrances.

I will not be buying AVON anymore!!! Too hard navigating the site! Every time you update it, it gets worse!!! Have bought your products for over 35 years & in the past 5, you have descended into the gutter!!!!! I'm a senior citizen & DO NOT OWN A COMPUTER!!!!! Your website doesn't work well on a phone!!!!! I have been an Avon customer since 1977. I have tried many other brands but have always come back to Avon. Other product irritates my skin so I won’t use them especially on my face. My mom always made sure my sister and I moisturized before we left the house every morning so it is instilled in me so that I never leave my house without moisturizing. At almost 67 yrs old, I can see the difference in my skin and others that I have grown up with or my former classmates who look older than me. I do have an advantage as an African American, so I believe my heritage plays a big part also. I am happy with the skin products I purchase from Avon just wished they were a little more affordable. Not a lot of options for the body scrubs and no super sizes for the Vitamin C Body Scrubs. I'm very disappointed with Avon Cosmetics. Avon Cosmetics have super sizes for the bath oils and body lotions, and not for the body scrubs.

I have been familiar with Avon most of my life. My mom and my aunt bought it. My mom used Vitamoist on her face every night and had such lovely skin. I remember the fragrance when I kissed her good night. My aunt was a collector of the Avon perfume bottles. They were beautiful. As I grew up, we had Avon ladies in my neighborhood in Chicago coming by and showing us samples. I miss those. It's hard to buy a fragrance online just from a description. I walked the Avon breast cancer walk with my siblings in 2008 in honor of my mom. I love that Avon has such a commitment to Breast Cancer research and that most of the funds raised went to the organizations in the city where the walks are held. Buying online is the way business is done now, and your website is well thought out and easy to operate, but I miss the way Avon was sold in the past. It was a unique experience and very personal. We need more of that in these days of such isolation.

I used to buy a lot of Avon in 2014 when things were more reasonably priced. Things have changed a lot since then. I had an Avon lady who delivered my order to me. Now you have to order a certain amount and pay for shipping which I am not to fond of. I live on Social security so will only be ordering as needed. I've always been pleased with Avon products. However the shipping method was shocking. Four bottles of Odyssey perfume were packaged ins a box loosely----no protections for the loose bottles. The bottles were flopping loose in the box, even hitting the box noisily as it was transported. There should have been some kind of protective packaging. Luckily none of them broke.
