Not My Fault
Post-Delivery FeedbackMar 10, 2026
This order was to be shipped UPS and then handed off to USPS for delivery to my home. Somewhere along the line, someone incorrectly labeled the package. It was labeled to be UPS all the way, but was still dropped off at my local post office. As a result, they charged me 13.75 for shipping. I couldn't get my items without paying, and because I wasn't home when they tried to deliver, I had to go to the post office to pay and pick it up. I spent a lot of time emailing and on the phone with all three players in this farce (UPS, USPS, and Avon). All passed blame to another link in the chain. To Avon's credit, you are the only one who offered me any compensation whatsoever. But it came in the form of a $10 credit on my next order, which not only doesn't cover the whole amount, but also requires me to order again. I'm not inclined to do that when I can't trust that this won't happen again. To this moment, I still don't know whose fault this was. One thing I do know? IT WASN'T MINE. So why am I the one who had to pay for it? I was told that there is no proof that I paid the shipping. But there is! As I told your representative, I have photos of the labels and 2 copies of my receipt from the post office. I offered to email or snail mail them, but your rep said his hands were tied. (I'm not upset with him, but am quite upset with the unfairness of this situation.) Look, I'm pleased with the products I got, and I love my Avon representative, Becca Bulkley. As I've already said, I'm just looking for some basic fairness. At the very least, I hope you can examine your logistics and figure out why this happened.
