Bad, had an additional 10% off offer that was to be applied to my cart at end and it disappeared when your website crashed. It crashed 3X on me!! I also lost all items that were in my cart when I had to answer a quick phone call…extremely frustrating. And at end I knew I wanted to use a new credit card and there was NO WAY to access that option FROM THE CART. I am using a mobile app with a good iPhone and excellent cell company service…your mobile app is frustrating. I spent SEVERAL minutes looking for option to add new payment card info. Also, if we put items in a cart, it shouldn’t just disappear if we have to deal with another task… the LEAST you can do is IF you are going to sign a customer out, you could at least send us a texted link that we still have items in our cart instead of deleting it entirely. Also, I was specifically unable to see which glimmer lip products have shimmer or sparkles in them versus shiny matte. (For instance, I really like Constellation and was trying to find another one with glimmer like Constellation has. THANK YOU for not disconnecting me on survey… I have been disconnected in past while looking up a product name or color. I should still be eligible for that 10% off as well. I am never in a good mood when placing an order on your site due to these various irritations. If my rep was healthier, I would rather place my orders through her and skip your website hassles. These hassles ARE PREVENTABLE. I shouldn’t be swearing to use your website to order product. I did like using the try-on feature…at least it didn’t crash while using that feature.
