The place to put in the discount code was not easy to find. It is underneath additional items to purchase. The first time I ordered these products I ended up just hitting submit, and then it was too late to enter the code. I called your company right away to see if they could add the 15 percent discount to my order, but she said no, that the order had to be canceled, that even a cancelation might not be possible, and it would take a few days for an answer to arrive via email from Avon. So a few days later I did receive a cancelation notice, which said that my order was canceled because the items were out of stock. So I went in again to your website, and all the products I had ordered were still available. So I placed my order again, and again I couldn't find where to put in the TEXT15 code. My husband helped me look, and even though it took both of us several minutes, we finally found where to insert and apply the code. It was a very cumbersome, time-consuming experience. If I didn't like the hand cream as much as I do, I would have given up long before.
