My mom is an Avon Ambassador and I’m a former Mary Kay consultant. My mom turned me into Avon when she saw me spending too much on products. I love Avon now but I don’t particularly like being misguided on the website. When I look up a shampoo/conditioner set, I want to be taken there directly. No gimmicks, no other products to misguide, just straight to the point. I find it very frustrating when I cannot find a product. Such as the rice water shampoo. I understand it’s in high demand since the Propoli is no longer available, and now the rice water shampoo is on back order. But I would much rather be taken straight to it and given the news of back order, rather than beating around the bush and having to dig for it. I was going to place a large order over a month ago, but due to not finding what I needed quickly, I put it off and had to wait until I had sufficient time to dig. Going forward, please be up front on your site about what’s available and what’s on back order. I’m also very curious why Propoli is no longer an option? Please bring it back. That was the best shampoo/conditioner for me and my kids. Perfect for all hair types.
