Had some product numbers written down out of the book and it took me forever to find out how to enter them, and I had to call Avon and she had to stay on the line quite a while to get some items. A lot of of the jewelry was discontinued and some illuminating face products were too. Also, when you go to the digital book, used to, when you had the book, all you had to do was click on the picture in the book and it went right to that picture and you could put the quantity in order. Now the digital book will not allow you to click on the products you see which confused me because at the beginning, it says, find the picture and click on it and look for the shopping bag. When you go to the digital brochure to look at the brochure, which is what youâre going to buy from, you canât Click. So I was highly ticked off. Please change this, particular when you tell people from the first click on the product and hit the shopping bag. Where would I go? Itâs up to look at the book. Otherwise I gotta go through Shop product by the category, blah blah blah and by that time, I have been on the website for probably an hour and it is not worth the trouble. Get your IT department working on that please, because if itâs a pain in the rear to me, I do not go back. The ease of use on your website is horrible.
