The products seem outrageously priced. I have used them in the past and have been impressed with the quality, but never with the quantity. Honestly I believe they are over priced for what you get vs. what you're paying. I feel guilty purchasing the products that I want so I usually only get them to treat myself for my birthday or for Christmas, and its still difficult to justify my only "gift" being hair products. I am about to be a first time mom, and this will most likely be the last time I ever get the option to spend this much on products that I love to use.
In a separate issue, pertaining to website navigation:
Sometimes it is difficult to navigate website, when I hover over the check out/bag it shows a pop up quick look at my bag on the right side of the screen but doesn't stay on my screen long enough to select the check out option, and trying to just select my bag just gives me the preview before I even have an opportunity to click on it. The upper menu blocks the rest of the website sometimes and that is also annoying when I'm trying to scroll through products, this might be a settings issue on my end but I have had issues both on my computer and my mobile devices, so its unlikely.
