Overall, the website is incredibly aesthetic and does a really good job of demonstrating product descriptions and categories. I like that there is a solid amount of drop-down information for each and every product as well as a recommendation for what should be paired alongside any given product on an individual level. I think the green is an excellent branding choice since it both evokes cleanliness as well as calm and I think that is absolutely what this brand is going for. I also recognize that there is a good amount of effort that was placed into the user experience around the shopping cart and checkout experience which was extremely nice to see, having experienced many other subpar check out processes. I think the pricing and product selection is relatively reasonable, but I do wish that there was more of a sale or discount component available, maybe a few batched together multiple products of the same category there could be a 20% discount or something. As somebody who likes to come back to your store for the same products and is looking to restock my own hair care and skin care inventory, having a discount would make it a lot more compelling for me to remain a loyal customer.
