I called to see why the $25 off your $40 purchase code was not working on my $400+ online order. I spoke to Customer Service who transferred me to Rewards. They transferred me back to customer service. No one was helping me. They could not explain why the code for my three products - not currently available with the summer discount - would not be accepted by your system. In the end I was transferred to someone else - who had not been advised of the situation, so I had to explain everything again. Their solution? Order one less item and we'll send you one of the products for free. That's great and I happily accept it but it does not help me as a customer or them as reps when your website is so useless. I say this every time. Your products are great. Your reps are okay. Your website is awful. Your Rewards system is not user friendly and a pain in the neck to deal with. If I did not love your products so much, I would never touch your website again
