Im such a huge fan, but not today. I’m pissed that my points are expired by literally a matter of like less than 10 days. With no grace period. I am a long time member. I also had an issue with my membership last time. I am also mad that it’s going to take 1-2 weeks for something to be in stock. So now I have to buy a small bottle to tide me over? And shipped to me. I am also upset that I cannot pick up in store at my local aveda salon. I’m getting my hair done in two days and literally no options for pick up in the state of Utah? I was willing to drive to any option. This doesn’t make wanting to buy products from you. I am just so displeased with Aveda at the moment. I literally tell everyone about the products but the cost for them is high I’m just not sure with the hassle, not a easy to use points program, and access to something like pick up in store not an option is worth it. I would say there are other comparable brands with more convenience. Sorry to be such a downer but like I said for cost and all the reasons listed, I’m not sure brand loyalty is worth it.
