Inconsistent messaging and confusing user experience, specifically around the rewards. I also found it difficult to find pure abundance. I have been assigned a salon that I've never been to and is more than 5 hours away from me. I have been unable to change it. I attempted to chat with support, but after 10 minutes, received no response. The cart says I need to order $55 or more for free shipping. In another area, it says if you are a rewards member, you get free shipping on all orders. Even though I was logged in, it says add $10 membership to your card or log in if you are a current member. I tried both options. Adding the membership to the cart did nothing. It just refreshed the page. When I logged in, it also didn't change the messaging about the $55 min. Going back to rewards repeats these two options even though I was logged in. Ultimately, when I checked out with less than $55, it didn't appear as though it was charging me shipping, even though it said it would. I don't know if it would have added shipping further along the process or not. I did add more products to make sure I wouldn't be charged shipping. I conduct usability studies and apply heat mapping software to analyze issues such as these. I would be happy to offer a proposal for my company to help identify and fix these issues. Many of these solutions are self-explanatory.
