I love Aveda — nothing compares to your products! The aromas and natural ingredients will always keep me coming back, and I really appreciate being able to purchase online. My hairdresser, who I’m very committed to, stopped carrying Aveda due to limited flexibility with other products, so I’m especially glad I can still get what I love directly through your website.
That said, I do find the website’s drop-down menu very frustrating. When I type something into the search bar and then move my mouse, my search results disappear. Every time I move my cursor toward the top of the screen, the drop-down menu takes over and covers what I was looking at. It feels unnecessary and makes browsing more difficult — almost like outdated web design from early online shopping sites.
Lastly, I want to mention that my experiences with the sales reps at the Southcenter Mall location have been negative. They’ve come across as rude, which has kept me from wanting to shop there at all. This makes online ordering even more important for me.
