Although I love your products , your telephone customer support team is not helpful. This isn’t my first issue with your team. The website was pretty easy to understand. I had a few questions and issues with completing order regarding joining rewards and items disappearing from free gifts and shipping mess up from the site . It went further downhill when I called your center for support. First the person couldn’t speak clear English, kept losing her microphone. She asked me to repeat the spelling of my name several times demonstrated little concern for my issue. She provided unclear instructions from the start telling me that she would go into my account to determine the issue . . Put me on hold, and then came back and told me that I had to log out of the site before she could help. It would have been helpful if she could have provided that info before putting me on hold. After that, I decided to try again by myself by starting over on website . She was a waste of time and piece of mind
