I love the Aveda products I have tried so far. Especially the men’s pure-formance clay. I would say navigating the website is a little clunky at times and would randomly empty my basket. Selecting free samples was hard as it was not clear that it was the super tiny box way above the product and not the one right underneath the product name to select that one. It took a couple of times to get the correct one in. The app for Aveda+ is a little hard to use, plus some of my offer codes do not work (such as my complimentary birthday gift) when placed in the promo code box. My Aveda+ rewards area also says that I get to pick a sample for every $20 spent no code needed items can be selected at checkout. However, that has never worked for me in my previous purchases it only worked today since there is a promo happening for every to get four samples with purchase. When searching for a product with the search tool, sometimes the product I am looking for does not come up even though I typed the name exactly from the bottle. I usually have to end up going to the all products and scrolling to find it.
