This is the first time that I purchased the hair wax and the brilliance pomade.
It seems like Aveda’s quality and products have changed in formula in the last several years straying from its foundational roots. You can see that in the line up of reviews and complaints. For the price you are paying for the product, it is not worth it if the ingredients or the scents being used are second rate.
The CEO, CFO, and marketing director should be paying close attention to these factors as it affects a CONSUMER’s continued loyalty to a brand that once prided itself in its uniqueness amongst all hair products. When some of your 32 oz liters are in excess of close to $200 each, it warrants the question of how much longer this brand will be around. It sounds like Jeff Bozos will come up to devour yet another company for a few million dollars with billions at his disposal and continuing with the same cheap ingredients and unpleasant scents, but increasing price over quality for profit.
Aveda…Please listen to your consumers and don’t ignore their complaints. Whatever company you hired to change the ingredient list, FIRE THEM NOW!!! The longtime loyal users of your products chose them for a reason but don’t give them a reason to shop elsewhere for the same low quality products you are offering but less expensive in their pocketbook.
