There are certain aspects of the website that I find frustrating. It seems that I often get logged out or it’s as if I am not logged in even though I was in searching in the site. Also, I was in the middle of finishing an order when I saw something at the top that said I qualified for a full size product but I couldn’t figure out how to access that nor did it show up at the checkout. I screenshot the message and called the toll-free number but it was after hours. So I did not complete my order last night because I wanted to inquire about this. I called Aveda Customer Service this afternoon and the woman said it’s kind of spontaneous and they don’t have any control over it but I said that there was no way to actually choose it which was frustrating. Lastly, I am a medical personnel and I have provided my credentials in the past and ordered utilizing that. However, this time, I was unable to find anywhere to enter or access that information including in my profile. Is it gone?
