I was very disappointed. Speed of website was slow. Website posted Sunday hours and yet the site indicated no one was available. When I texted the posted Sunday hours, magically I got service! I asked r e differences between Nutriplenish and another hair oil. Once I finally got the answer, I went to adjust my shopping cart, and it had an item added for an additional $14. When I had entered the website, the screen posted that it would send me an email with the coupon code I wished to use, but it never did! Then I had to wait at least 15 min. To get a chat the second time, an only to be told that despite the fact that I have a membership my free shipping wasn’t free unless I spent $55. I informed the chat that I questioned why, but that was not answered. As well, I was once again promised an email with passcode for the coupon code, but after roughly 5 min. I hadn’t received it, and I was not about to pay for shipping or $14 for a travel sized styling cream, so I left the site. I was checking my email roughly 5 hours later. It was not the coupon code advertised. Is this not bait and switch, an illegal activity in the US? Against my better judgement I used the FREESHIP code, despite my better judgement. With this kind of service, I will never use the website again… I guess I’ll have to buy in-store.
