I have been an Aveda customer since 1988. However for the last year I decided to try a different brand and I am now returning to Aveda with extremely thin hair.
I have always had fine thin hair and plenty of health issues to be the reason ,
But now I’m also wondering if switching brands for a year has caused the added hair loss I’m now facing?
In any case, the website is just as difficult to navigate and use as it was when I decided to leave Aveda over a year ago.
I didn’t like the way it navigated for me then, and it hasn’t changed much.
Very frustrating…
I’m not tech savvy and I’m not likely to improve much in my old age.
I really don’t want to have to give up on Aveda again…but I don’t have any other way of purchasing other than online. If I can’t navigate through the website and learn how to use it better than I could over a year ago… than I guess I’ll just be saying “goodbye” again. Kinda sucks after almost 40 years of being a loyal customer.
