Used to purchase often from both online & retail stores, until my bad experience at the store in Burlington mall, MA (found out they are closing their store tomorrow). They don’t offer any free gifts on purchase until I asked for it. Then my online experience is no better! Can’t use my special code which I redeemed using my points & have to purchase $40 or more to use my special code! Why would anyone want to pay $10 to be a member when you put all kinds of restrictions on redeeming special code?! Then I can’t use subscription & can’t use special code on offers! Made me feel like doing business with a communist company!! After this purchase, I will no longer be your customer! Even my fav color shampoo was replaced by a terrible formula! This company doesn’t listen to their customers! The discontinued color shampoo had lots of good reviews 4.9 stars while this current color shampoo has only 4.1 stars! It’s time to part ways with your “we don’t care about our customers” policies!
