Hello good day I am not going to waste my time with any stars less than five star I have dealt with about eight different tobacco companies online in the last 2 years when I order more than one carton I always have to return the extra one because I open one pack to see if it's a good pack it's all been usually dried tobacco sitting in a hot Warehouse somewhere I have ordered four times from A to Z and every purchase that I make the tobacco is fresh and exceeded my expectations finally I can stop looking around for fresh tobacco because I have found it now it took me a lot of time and a lot of returns but I will not order from anybody else because after four times there are five star in my book thank you and have a good day

I first attempted to place an order on Monday, and because I saw a charge pending on my card but had received no confirmation email to follow it up, so I waited a few days checking back and forth if anything had changed, it didn’t do today I went ahead and tried again to place an order. This time it went through easily and I received multiple confirmations within seconds of placing the order which was very reassuring. I also appreciate that my cart and checkout was saved from my first attempt, which made the process a lot easier and faster on try two. I do find the item I ordered was priced $10-20 higher than some of your competitors whom I previously purchased this same item from in the past, but they were either out of stock or no longer shipped to my area, so that is what brought me to your website and ultimately led me to complete a purchase with you despite the higher prices.
