I have problems with setting up an account with the gotcha not a robot verification so then I wanted to check out as a guest using PayPal and it lost the contents of the cart and then I had problems search and fine the exact product I had in my cart. Took my forever to finally make the purchase and I also didn't see when the order willbe delivered.

Spent online time to try to find a hemi walker that was for taller person than the usual available ones. Amica had it! It ship fast. But notification of date of delivery never made it to our email.

We ordered this wheelchair for our handicapped friend. We ordered the one with the Burberry print, but received a red and black one. Talked to customer service and said that was a discontinued chair. So I asked, “Then why is it still shown in the product line?” He really didn’t answer the question. But my question is , then why send me something I didn’t order, instead, just say “No longer available” Now in waiting for a return label.

You know what made me a bit uncomfortable?-- That there is no face, image of who I'm dealing with. Also that they're no Better Business Bureau registered. I looked up there location and I was expecting a warehouse location. No, it's some small suite office out in the country. Which makes me believe the business owners don't actually see or own the products they sell. It's some business that buys it in some arrangement with a distributor or from the manufacturer. Why is that scary? Because if you have a problem, they don't actually know the product and have some inefficient way of taking care of your problem. They have to somehow take care of you while not losing the margin that they tack on top of what it cost them from the distributor or manufacturer. In other words, they don't really do what they do because of love of the products that help them to to a job of helping people. No. they merely have an office and phones and computers and office staff who exist to do math and phone calls or computer ordering and processing. Very impersonal and I imagine not very interested in really caring about their product lines and the people who buy them. I'm hoping that they don't screwup or show incompetence or end up taking my money or simply have me wait and wait for my order.
