Site Experience FeedbackOct 5, 2026
you guys desperately need to begin photographing individual imstruments, do so from multiple angles, and include individual weights and or descriptors of a unique element, feature, or something usually not seen in a model of this price Honestly think about what Sweetwater is doing with their site, to include customer service calling to follow up should there be questions or concerns regarding hook up or compatibility issues for the customer. Honestly, just the few pieces of candy in a bag with the sweetwater logo is quite the touch i mean the even go as far as to have your customer service rep take the time to ask what your favorite candies were so they can include more of that specific candy in your next order. Things like that make an online store feel much more personal, and make it much easier to want to return for the next purchase. In all honesty, if Sweetwater had more finance options available my orders would more than likely go to them as they have a much more personalized customer service system and website that is just much more deacriptive, and that at least gives an online customer a shot at feeling as they they had a say in the specific piece of gear they were purchasing. Lastly, I would say tht the informational videos and linger demos that they shoot and attach on the equipments landing page are extremely helpfull, and more often than not are the final check of the decision making box for me. Anyway, some honest thoughts from a 20 year customer that has been purchasing with you since AMS offered a 3 pay option while i was on Active Duty i the military. It was incredibly difficult to save and purchase any music equipment while recieving a lower enlisted federal paycheck, so the 3 pay option made it possible for me to continue acquiring needed tools and resources along the way. I would love to see AMS make an honest effort at catching up and or even surpassing some of the other online retailers as with the ease and affordability of AI and how quickly it is being used and adopted by musicians that simply just cant afford equipment that has continued to baloon in price, along with the increases in the cost of living and every day life, a working family or musician more often than not cant simply afford the equipment they need, want, or desire. Honestly, ive been pleading with companies as i fill out these surveys to help make it easier to put equipment in new aspiring young musicians hands, the inquisitive and creative kid that thinks they want to learn to play or make music, the hard working evening playing working musician playing in the bars around their local area, and old beat up retired Veterans on a small federal retirement that want to just record a few songs to leave behind for their family to remember good times and making music together before leaving this world, and if we dont find a way to make that a reality and cery soon, all of the above will turn to an AI app and ask it to create or fill in whayever it is they would have done by hand with a $9.99 a month subscription program similar to SONO, and then there will be no need for an instrument. Its much easier and more financially sound to convince myself or my spouse that i need to spend say $40 this month to create a song with my computer or phone than it is to plead, save forever, or sell off other gear and equipment earned and collected over years so that i can purchase a new needed or deaired item. Again, hope someone reads this and thinks self preservation!
