Site Experience FeedbackDec 5, 2025
For the most part, the site is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The two things I noticed that could be improved upon are: having to scroll down what seemed like too far for item description (preference) I like that directly underneath the product photos. And, speaking of product photos, I found an issue with them - at least regarding my purchase. Buying a $1500 Chinese guitar hurt my soul a little bit, because I used to work in the industry and I have first hand, repeated experience with the differences between vendors. China and Indonesia were noticeably lower quality than World music in Korea. (I worked for DBZ/Diamond) But getting back to my point, I didnt think it was too crazy to spend twice as much for the Gibson version, so I looked into it. Some of the stock photos were of a LP Custom with block inlays, and others were of the Studio with trapezoid inlays. Since I couldn't tell what I would be buying, I went with the Epiphone instead, strictly for the aesthetic preference of the LPC fretboard layout over the LPS layout. Ironically, I won't pay $3k for a LPS, but I *will* pay $1500 for a Chinese guitar. I dont understand either. Marketing... I've always wanted a silverburst LP Custom.
So, yeah, you have a few photos of a LP Custom in the listing for the Gibson version. Just FYI. It did help me look further, but it was a little disappointing and confusing not knowing if I was able to get a Gibson LPC even though listed as a Studio...
That all said, I'm excited to receive my new gear. Thank you.
