I really and truly do love AMS for most of my musical needs, and the wants as well. Most of the time I have a good experience, like 95% of the time. There have been a few times, specifically when I've had to speak with a member of the staff and/or customer support, that I get a random person on the phone who seems like they don't want to be talking to me. Let's call it something like an attitude problem. I know the associates who answer phones do it a lot, and may be having a bad day. Maybe they just got bad news, or yelled at by the boss. I don't know. This is the 5%. The other 95% of my phone communications are with people eager to help and very friendly. I don't get names, so I'm not sure who I have had a less than ideal experience with, and I don't like to snitch on people for mild infractions. I didn't necessarily want to vent this frustration here, but after being a customer for close to a year it has happened enough to irritate me. These few negative experiences would still not deter me from shopping at AMS or recommending them to a friend. Thank you for all the positive experiences.
