So, I have two disappointments. 1) I played this $1,000 amp for about 10 mins and when I came back later, it blew a fuse. Worse, it took me a lot of time to discover that there was an included backup fuse (this was my first amp), and I would have appreciated if PRS had included this info up front. It kind of scared me that it blew on a brand new amp correctly hooked up to power and Cab. And I had no clue how to get more fuses. I solved this on my own. (all on PRS). 2) I shortly wanted to order a 3' foot PRS cable that was on back order. But, discovered it would be MONTHS till it was available. I would have NEVER ordered it if I had known this. Serisously, bad. Support responded with a possible plan to cancel that order and order an equivilent alternative. I saw no way to cancel the order, so I could not do it. I replied that I wished to do that, and never heard from support again! I sent another email, nothing. Today I sent another email requesting to just cancel that order and refund me, as I have had to shop for it elsewhere, after wasting several days waiting for support. All that said, I do love the Amp, and you shipped it so fast my head was spinning. Also, you may it easy to purchase on installments, which I loved, even though I could have just put it on one of my credit cards. I do like you online store and will shop with you again. But, please don't run out of stuff and expect us to pay and wait months.
