I’ve been buying things(gear) and other things for years. First, I’d like to say if AMS did not have buy on monthly payments with no interest I wouldn’t have been able to buy a lot of the gear I did So AMS thank you for that! Everything I have ever ordered over the years came on time and in excellent condition. A few times things didn’t stand up to my expectations. AMS dealt with it in a way that made us both happy. Good customer service to me is one of the most important aspects of running a business successfully and the service at AMS is second to none. They will pretty much bend over backwards to resolve any issues. I haven’t had many but the one or two that did arise were handled appropriately by customer service ! They also speak in a language English speakers will easily understand. American Customer Service !!! Woo woo what could be better. I must say the same about ZZounds. They are on par with AMS. Same company, different name??? Well bottom line is O love AMS and thanks to them AND ZZounds I got a lot of gear I would otherwise NOT have been able to afford. Even with really,really crappy credit score due to C19.
