I placed an order on a Sunday evening. Something happened when I clicked to go to the place my order page and several of my items changed quantity for the number of each of them. But I didn’t realize it until after I clicked the pay button. I did not see any way to alter or cancel the order at that point in time. I am mediately tried to call to get the issue resolved, but since it was a weekend, there was no one available. So I emailed. They did not get or respond to my email until after the order had already shipped. However, once they did get the email, they were very accommodating. They looked into it said there was a glitch in their system. They pre-arranged an RMA for the items I didn’t want before my shipment ever got to me. It worked easily. Then without me having to do more they set up a purchase for the items I did want that had been reduced out of my order. And then credited me my refund after all of the above was said and done. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with allstarhealth. Customer service didn’t disappoint. I’ve been ordering for a decade or more from them.
