I purchased express 2 business day shipping for $40. Did not receive my package on time on tracking information until I contacted customer support chat. Customer service kept trying to gaslight me on what I saw when checking out. I asked for a refund on shipping as I did not receive it on time. They said it is two days from there packaging up the items. It took two business days to pack the items up and to deliver to fedex. When asked for arrival information they did give me the tracking number but when I click on the link it said the label had only been printed. The customer service chat kept saying they delivered it to fedex. The dishonesty that the costumer service reps exuded is a reflection of the company and their horrid values and it is not one I ever want to be associated with. Do better all heart. Honestly go to the competitor scrubs and beyond over this site. Similar products, styles, brands, and pricing with less of the headache.
