Post-Delivery FeedbackJan 20, 2026
I received the wrong jacket, after emailing with customer service and providing photo proof of the difference between jacket ordered vs. received, customer service told me it was the correct jacket and I was looking at the model in the photos wrong due to her under scrub top. I then resent the photos breaking down exactly what was all different between the jacket order and received, explaining it had nothing to do with the model on the website, this included the basic coloring of the jacket as well. Customer service’s response was that I could just return the product, in all of it’s original packaging, if I wasn’t satisfied with what I received. I had planned on returning the item regardless, due to the fact it was the wrong item and I would not be able to wear it at my place of work due to incorrect coloring, etc. but I asked customer service if I would be receiving the correct item I ordered or if it was just false advertisement from the start, in which I have not received a reply. I find it very unprofessional for an item to be available on the website and it not be an accurate display of what the item actually is and for customer service to flat out tell me the items are the same even after seeing photo proof the items are no where near the same. This was sadly my first and last time ordering from Allheart, I do hope at the very least the customer service department gets better educated on what customer service actually involves. Had customer service just acknowledged that I did receive the wrong item instead of trying to tell me I did not, even after seeing photo proof, my response would of been much more positive! I would not of even felt the need to give negative feedback at all but not being able to acknowledge your own mistakes is very frustrating and unprofessional to say the least! Also I do hope that any false advertisement will be acknowledged by the website or the brand itself, who I will also reach out to. If the website cannot provide accurate displays of products from highly recommended name brands, then maybe that website should not be allowed to carry those brands any longer. For the sake of other health care workers who highly depend on accuracy and reliability, I hope these surveys are taken seriously and the proper steps are taken to ensure issues like this don’t happen in the future. Thank you!
