I went to another retailer to purchase the stroller I wanted with the color combo I had been dreaming of for months. I had went into the store several times to decide on what exactly I wanted so I had no concerns about stock or availability. After getting to the store and waiting to be helped they informed me that the 50+ units they just had were all sold within the past week and they wouldn’t be getting more. Another sales associate then chimed in saying that the color combo didn’t truly matter and tried to get me to pick another color which was just plain black. As a first time mom, I believe it’s important to get exactly what you so that option was unacceptable to be. I told them I would look elsewhere instead and thanked them for their help and they quickly said “you wont be able to find it anywhere its completely sold out”. In frustration I began looking through the internet refusing to accept that as a final answer and would blessings have it Albee had the exact stroller and color I wanted. This was only my second time ever seeing the site but I trusted their ability to fulfill mu order and quickly made an account and placed my order. I was nervous checking the status my order but turns out the delay was just due to a holiday weekend and my order was confirmed and shipped within 48 hours or ordering and turned out to be the last one they had in stock! I’m sure you could imagine my excitement waiting for my order to arrive and with my due date just around the corner at the time or ordering, this meant the world to me. On top of this, they happened to be running a promotion that credited my Albee with a 20% credit of my order total that I can use for a future purchase! This experience alone was enough to make me a loyal life long customer.
