I appreciate the code “2026” being plastered on the scrolling banner at homepage of the site as it gave me a quick 10% off my order. I also appreciate the various bundles/packages the site offers at a good price whether it be additional magazine or extra bbs/gas. One thing I do wish was added and have no idea how hard it will be to implement but it would be nice to have an estimation as to when a product will be back in stock or information on how long a product has been out of stock. As it tells me if I should wait for the restock or go buy the product from a different seller (VFC fal gas mags).

Overall I love the ease of use and interaction of the site it was not super cluttered or confusing especially as someone that is new and just getting into the hobby. I went to evike to compare prices and was too confused by everything going on that I just didn’t bother and stayed here. Only issue is the search feature was a bit rough. I would type in what I wanted and it wouldn’t pull up that. For example mags and getting other replicas and upgrade parts was a little annoying. I had to keep navigating the drop down menu on the left. Also the filter option didn’t always help. Otherwise it was a smooth experience searching through all the options and seeing what would work for my family. Thank you guys.

Website was easy to navigate. I found the pull down main menu to be well organized and easy to get to where I wanted to go. Prices seemed pretty reasonable. I have had a little trouble finding an online airsoft retailer that doesn't kill you with shipping charges for a $15 foregrip. My favorite part about the website since I'm new to airsoft and searching for parts online was the flat rate shipping on small accessories. That alone will bring me back when I make more upgrades along with your prices being fair and large selection.

I like the website overall. Although, and it may just be my internet, the loading times are a little long when going from page to page. I like that the shipping isn't an arm and a leg, I like that the prices for most items aren't abnormally high and I love the variety of items for sale.

This order was for a specific item that has limited availability so it was a plus that AirsoftGI had a deep stock of items to choose from. It chose the “Will Call” pickup as their store/office is near me. Office front has no storefront/shopping available even though it clearly used to and the office off the lobby appears to be a different but related business. I rang the bell several times for service to no avail and had to interrupt someone from the other business to get served. I guess they don’t have a lot of will call orders these days. I willl probably just select the free (to me) shipping option in the future even though I like to help local businesses save that cost.

The info airsoft gi gives on the items is better than most sites. Type of gearbox and variables on the replicas are a plus. The site feels slightly clunky with the menu having a tap, but the tap isnt a dedicated link making the tap highlight the word instead of just underlining it or selecting it. The overall feel wasn't so bad compared to my rating, but the rating is based off 5 being neutral. Check out was rough because the system flagged me for problems with billing info. Looks as if that was my fault, but was confused on what the issue was

My experience today with the website has been mostly satisfying. I was able to easily log into my account and bring up my cart. Only negative thing I have to say is when typing into the search engine and I used one brands name and said rifle or pistol. The engine brought up more than just rifles themselves or pistols. Such as parts and attachments for said brand and other brands products. I'm not sure if the site has a function as of yet for if you just wanted to see products for a certain brand. Also, if the site doesn't have that function, I understand that doing something like that to a site of this size is probably not a simple thing.
