I am a new customer. The online signing up process was very streamlined and easy to complete. Details on the plans were explained clearly. The pricing was either very comparable to other warranty companies or less. I am definitely receiving more coverage at a better price than my previous home warranty. I look forward to being along term customer.

I liked how easy it was to compare the prices for each of the plans levels. Also being a new home owner and all the expenses that are involved. I am very grateful for the discount that was offered, that is extremely helpful right now! I also love that this company is recommended by my bank USAA.
