contacted AHS ,and requested plumbing issue(Leakage in Drain pipe & blockage check) on 14thjul 2025 Plumbing company T&C was assigned the job. On 16th Tech visitedl the location and did nothing saying that he will be submitting estimate and report today and AHS will call you .Never heard back. Everyday calling or Chatting with AHS .All calls are going to Ghana /Philippines or other countries and agents every time saying they haven't received estimate yet.He just now contacted the T&c plumbig and spoke with Tech and will be submitted today. But till date (26th jul2025)Nothing happened. Few agents in AHS big liars.On 24th agent name Sierra told me that Technician submitted estimate but on 25th jul when called again to get the progress update Agent Jose Marie first said no estimate submitted, When i told her that i was informed yesterday that AHS got the estimate then she said its there and is under review. It was hard to believe again. I asked for Escalation Team .Mostly agent take contact number and says someone will call you. After sometime a person name Minerva called and when i asked her about the request status she again said there is no Estimate submitted so far . Then i requested her that if T&C not submitting estimate then company should find alternative to this. Because for the last many days i am without Kitchen and one Bathroom cant use . This is torture to me. The person Minerva was extremely-extremely rude and hang-up upon me without proving any answer. I am in real mess right now. Problem is when you call Ahs contact number phone system says wait time is more than 20minutes, someone will return your call. Then call is returned by an agent sitting in Ghana/Philippines/Mexico/carabiean and they just do eyewash. No customer service at all. After all this I don't think i will repeat this mistake in future renewing this contract. Now I am stuck charged my credit card for service fee and monthly payment without giving any service . I am still trying to resolve if i couldnt then i have to take an action.
